I’m a big believer in the importance of change in companies. One of the reasons that companies lose their way is because they get too reliant on the same people, who in turn get too comfortable in their position, which in turn again removes experimentation and risk-taking from the culture. It’s what turns great companies stale. This is why I give myself a ‘fire-before’ date with companies I’m involved in. And so today I’ve finished up with the talented boys and girls in Jolt Online Gaming and GameStop. It’s about that time again.

It’s been an incredible rollercoaster and we’ve done things with social gaming and physical retail that I never thought possible. To everyone I’ve had the privilege of working with, a huge thank you. And I can’t wait to see what Championship Manager on Facebook looks like.

Not really sure what I’m going to do next. I’m looking around.
